- Creating and managing product listing on marketplaces.
- Stay updated with happenings on the platforms i.e. promotions, sales, changes in the listing, change in focus of the platform, etc.
- Maintain relationships with account managers of all platforms
- Ensure that the brand participates in all the important sales and events on platforms e.g. Prime Day on Amazon, specific category sales, etc.
- Responsible for brand visibility on the platform through paid and non-paid initiatives
- Managing inventory and ensuring zero stock out.
- Prior experience as either category or business development manager at Amazon, Nykaa or Flipkart or experience of managing these channels from a brand perspective
- Good expertise in doing product listings while taking care of proper keyword research
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketplace /category manager
