    is a result of over two decades of field experience of the founding team. We identified the need to ensure better access to integrated therapies required for children with special needs. We aspire to provide remedial and occupational therapy support to children with differential needs, across the globe. Established in Sept 2020, the company aims to build an ecosystem for children with differential needs to improve their physical, cognitive, developmental and educational outcomes.

    has created a learning management system (LMS), that has been curated specifically to meet the requirements of children ages 6-13, having differential needs viz those with Learning Disability, ADD/HD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. It has been designed to help children achieve foundational literacy and numeracy.

    Position Summary:

    Your primary responsibility will be to work across our partner schools to provide support to students who have learning as well as behavioural issues. You will ensure that there is smooth delivery of educational goals curated by our edtech platform to meet each student's learning requirements, tailored to their specific needs. You will facilitate capacity building of teachers through our unique courses on inclusion.You will also discuss with parents and support staff about important matters that might impede students' progress.Ultimately, you will create an ecosystem of inclusion in the schools.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Visit and meet SPOCs of schools on a periodic basis.
    • Provide an orientation program for management and teachers.
    • Ensure successful implementation of capacity building programs and well as our SPEED platform for students.
    • Take periodic updates and provide constructive feedback of progress of students.
    • Provide field insights to management and other teams for program improvement.
    • Conduct remedial sessions for students in schools.
    • Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keep appropriate records and prepare progress reports.
    • Creation of content to meet the needs of the schools.
    • Team Player: Coordinate and work across all teams to ensure program success.
    • Ensure school renewals

    Qualifications

    • ECCED, B.Ed, M.Ed, MA (Education)
    • At least 5-8 yrs of primary teaching experience
    • Willing to travel to schools
    • Good knowledge of current pedagogies and methodologies
    • Creative and artistic teaching abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Adapt easily to evolving technologies
    • Proficient with MS Office
    • Prior corporate experience can be beneficial
