    Job Description:

    Drive Business Results:

    • HR Leadership role for the international business
    • Lead the HR function, setting the overall HR strategy in alignment with upgrades fast-paced growth and international presence. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement best practices that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
    • Adopt a P&L Mindset and drive HR through a Business lens.
    • Drive teams to innovate and raise benchmarks on objectives such as service levels, cost and productivity.
    • Measures effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs to ensure they are delivering desired business outcomes.
    • Be the HR SPOC and drive customer delight especially on matters relating to timely payroll, HR compliances and IR issues.

    Deploy Manpower Strategy:

    • Co-create the Manpower strategy with Head - Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders.
    • Deploy proactive strategies to drive retention and control absenteeism.
    • Support business teams to solve short term and long-term talent and productivity issues.
    • Own and drive the Diversity Hiring Targets across the BU.

    Capability Building:

    • Partner with Talent Lead to create and drive the capability strategy for the BU encompassing training, talent management/succession planning, leadership development.
    • Drive career paths and development plans for identified successors/top talent in the BU.

    Employee Lifecyle Management:

    • Drive governance on HR Hygiene processes and compliances.
    • Ensure induction & onboarding for senior leaders.
    • Drive a consistent employee experience and engaging work environment across locations, monitor adherence to agreed engagement platforms and calendars.

    Candidate Profile:

    Education & Skills:

    • Full time Post Graduate in MBA with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
    • Engaging with heads of department.
    • Strong leadership, Problem-solving & people skills

    Leadership Competency:

    • Adept at designing frameworks & processes from scratch basis organizational needs.
    • Ability to create buy in for interventions amongst HR and Business Leadership.
    • Mindset towards scalability, sustainability and cost consciousness
    • Good analytical skills.
