    Crack-ED is actively seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our Team.

    As a member of this team, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with Corporates, colleges and universities, introduce the Crack-ED upskilling program, and establish corporate partnerships.

    You will convey the value of our upskilling initiatives and highlight the unique benefit of arranging placement sessions as a key component of this engagement.

    Corporate Relationship Manager.


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
    • Understand clients' business needs and objectives.
    • Develop strategies to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to management on client relationships and business development efforts.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problemsolving.
    • Onboard corporate companies and conduct placement drives with our partner colleges in order to bridge the gap of employment.
    • Increase the corporate partner database and bring in more job positions in entire South India.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in corporate relationship management or sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
    • Resultsdriven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
