    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow platform components, including ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, Discovery, and 3rd party integrations.
    • Provide program leadership to execute the platform vision and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Support resource planning and release planning activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
    • Manage projects from initiation to closure, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
    • Provide guidance and support to project build teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
    • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow platform capabilities and related technologies.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
    • Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes.
    • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and project management tools.
    • Solid proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Experience managing projects including the implementation of ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, Discovery, 3rd party integrations, and other ServiceNow modules.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
