Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at The Wishing Chair located in New Delhi. This is a role for someone highly driven, seeking rapid growth and learning opportunity in building a business. The Analyst will work directly with the founder to drive the strategic vision for the business, conduct data analysis and generating insights to support strategic decision-making. The role involves working closely with the founder and management team to identify growth opportunities, monitor business performance, and develop actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Support the founder with day-to-day operations ensuring seamless workflows and driving the strategic goals for the business.
Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, oversee the projects ensuring timely, budget-conscious completion and promoting cohesive team execution.
Plan out an approach/analysis strategy (data + qualitative) to infer underlying trends/actions specific to a program.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collect, clean, and analyse data from a variety of sources
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
Work with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making
Generate high-quality reports and deduce insights from the same
Eligibility:
Experience in retail or a similar industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Prior experience as a part of the Founders office or management consulting/ strategy team
Super comfortable with MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
