    Responsibilities:


    Demonstrated success in business development within the B2B sector with a preference for experience in the Tech Services or Staffing industries.

    Proven ability to generate leads and attract potential clients.
    Proficient in setting up meetings with prospective clients and maintaining engagement throughout the client acquisition process.

    Consistently maintains client engagement from initial contact to the successful completion of the search.(B2B sales Lifecycle).Utilizes various communication channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, etc., to reach out to clients, establish connections, and foster ongoing relationships.

    Collaborates with the team to analyze market trends and devises innovative strategies to attract new clients.

    Qualifications:0-2 years of experience as a client success executive/business development executiveMaster's degree is Mandatory
