A phygital clinic (Digital + Physical) for women, Proactive For Her, offers accessible, personalized, and confidential healthcare solutions for women's out-patient health concerns across life stages - from puberty to menopause ). Proactive works on education and awareness around niche and taboo women's health topics via our Instagram Proactive For Her (@proactiveforher)Instagram proactiveforher54T+ followers and other social media platforms. We have multiple health clinics in Bangalore which have an average rating of 4.9/5 on Google reviews. We are growing our network of clinics and working on building more unique products that address the specific concerns of women. We pride ourselves on being the "go to" women's healthcare provider in India.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.

    Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, coordinate schedules, and ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize patient flow.

    Communication: Provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the customers and appropriate staff member

    Registration: Ensure accurate customer registration and assist with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.

    Billing and Payments: Process payments, verify information, and assist with billing related inquiries.

    Customer Feedback: Actively engage in feedback collection, testimonials and google reviews

    Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area organized, and well stocked with necessary materials.

    Records: Maintain and update customer records in compliance with privacy regulations.

    Assist Staff: Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed

    Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

    Qualifications:

    Female Candidates Only

    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality and sensitivity.

    Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude.

    Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize

    Ability to Problem solve, quick resolution and active listening
