Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Associate reporting to an Officer This role also requires interacting with all levels of professionals both internally and externally Hence a strong foundation of communication and interpersonal skills are essential We require day-to-day oversight responsibility for processing quality checking transactions updating registers client instructions This role interacts daily with clients host locations resolving discrepancies affecting accounts making necessary corrections or routing information originating area follow-through until corrections made Respond to internal external queries resolve discrepancies related investor accounts Coordinate daily deliverables tight SLA accuracy timeline Conduct training refresher team members new joiners Work within pre-determined deadlines prioritizing workloads under pressure Identify unusual potentially suspicious transactional activity report escalate corporate policy guidelines operating proceduresQualifications
- 7-9 years relevant financial services experience Transfer Agency Investor Services domain Knowledge Hedge fund Transfer Agency added advantage Prior experience handling direct investor client communication preferred University degree accounting business mathematics finance economics Candidate flexible Shift timing 7pm -4am Required Skills Working knowledge Microsoft packages Excel Outlook Word Good English written oral communication skills Interact communicate Co-workers clear concise manner Organizational time management skills Good analytical numerical reasoning skills Good understanding Anti-money laundering plus Knowledge investors FATCA CRS requirement plus
