- The ideal candidate would have a high-level communication skills and ability to solve complex problems with an independent and proactive way of working.
- Must be fluent in both written and verbal business level German to collaborate closely with our German project teams as well as our global English locations.
- Must have at least 1 years of professional experience level and previous industry. Full training will be provided.
- IT literacy is essential with the ability to quickly adapt to using new IT systems / tooling / databases.
- Technical background would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Candidates with project management skills would be also beneficial, but not essential.
- And most importantly, you are a team player, you are open-minded and have a positive approach to challenges.
- You will support and work alongside our existing technical project teams in the UK collaborating on various automotive projects with our German colleagues for our global customers in the field of either development or validation of new vehicle systems.
- This is a generic role for multiple different vacancies, the exact responsibilities of each project would need to be defined on an individual project basis depending on each candidate. However, the following tasks would be required for all positions:
- Communicate effectively to our global stakeholders to ensure all requirements are management effectively.
- Solve and identify any problems and reporting tracking issues in problem management tools.
- Working on solutions with stakeholders, assuring completeness prior to project deadlines
- Follow up escalation processes, when necessary, with different stakeholders globally.
