ResponsibilitiesJD for Outbound Sales Specialist- Making calls to potential customers, and also responsible for inbound and outbound duties.- Introducing our services to prospective clients- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.- Following up with customers via phone or email- Maintaining a database of customer interactions- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Providing service information and pricing to interested customers- Handling customer objections and closing sales over the phone.
