    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Field Sales and Collection professional to join our team at Kodachadri Chits Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales and Collection, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing customer accounts, and collecting payments. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 6-1 yr years of experience in field sales and collection roles.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
    • Good understanding of financial services and chit fund industry.
    • Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
    • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Acquire new customers by conducting field visits, cold calling, and networking.
    • Manage and service existing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close deals, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth collection and follow-up processes.
    • Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and payments.
    • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and processes.
