Job Profile :

We are a looking for a digital marketing manager who is also a fashion enthusiast. We need someone to actively undertake a holistic marketing approach, that will help to scale the brand and generate high ROIs. You will get to grow with the brand and feel a sense of ownership.

Qualifications :

•⁠ ⁠Work experience of 2-3 years (In the fashion industry, or in a D2C sector)

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns, managing high ad budgets and ROAS of 4-5x

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Meta & Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing

•⁠ ⁠Experience in SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, Google Analytics

Role:

•⁠ ⁠Creating day to day engaging content on fashion, and managing complete social media

•⁠ ⁠Placing ads on Meta & Google

•⁠ ⁠Optimising website, SEO and make constant upgrades on Shopify

•⁠ ⁠Shooting basic content and editing for reels, grid layout etc

•⁠ ⁠Managing influencer marketing & PR

•⁠ ⁠Managing Different lead generation Marketing tools like- Whatsapp Campaigns, Email marketing, FB Ads, Google ads, etc

•⁠ ⁠Engage with customers and followers

•⁠ ⁠Data analysis, insights and understanding market trends

•⁠ ⁠Targeting the right audience, tracking sales, performance and building strategy

Bonus points for :

•⁠ ⁠Bachelors in Marketing/Communications or related field

Salary : Approximately 20k. Incentives can be discussed in interview.
