Operations Control Center (OCC) Monitoring – Job DescriptionRole Overview

An Operations Control Center (OCC) Monitoring professional is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and supporting daily operational activities of the company's field services or facilities. This includes real-time monitoring of systems, logging incidents, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Surveillance & Monitoring

• Continuously monitor operations through control systems, CCTV, dashboards, or field reporting systems.
• Track compliance of service delivery, workflows, and schedules.
• Identify operational issues early and escalate to supervisors or managers for corrective action.

2. Coordination & Reporting

• Act as the central coordination point between field teams, clients, and internal departments.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports, deviations, and incident logs to management.
• Ensure timely communication of changes in schedule, resources, or priorities.

3. Data Logging & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of all monitored activities.
• Update databases and reporting systems with relevant data.
• Generate reports and performance summaries.

4. Quality & Compliance Checks

• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and safety compliance requirements are met.
• Document non-conformities and follow up for resolution.

5. Support Field Implementation

• Provide operational guidance and support to field staff.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational or technical issues remotely.

Typical Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Operations Management.

Experience

• Experience in operations monitoring, control rooms, or field services is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic AutoCAD skills may be required for:
• Interpreting technical drawings and site layouts
• Supporting planning and operational documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
