We're looking to hire a Client Servicing Executive at Monk Entertainment.

This role involves end-to-end project management, client coordination, communication and vendor management

You will get the opportunity to build content-driven projects from the ground up and execute them for brands across different business categories.

Responsibilities and Duties:

o Manage branded content projects throughout their lifecycle by collaborating and closely working with the internal creative team, talent management team and other departments

o Build relationships with vendors, clients, agencies and production studios

o Build Execution workflow, robust project plans, Communication SOPs, processes and systems for scaling up the quality and quantity of the execution

o Solve communication gaps and stringent timelines with better resource allocation and project trackers

o Liaising with the legal team to build, negotiate and close vendor agreements and project contracts

Tracking and overlooking project deliverables within the timelines promised

o Establishing innovative methods of maximizing team output without overtaxing the team

Requirements:-

o Bachelor's degree in Media or Marketing

o Proficiency in email communication, Excel, and PowerPoint

o Excellent Organizational and management skills

o Knowledge about video production through its lifecycle, from Pre-planning to post/edits

o Proven track record in client service/end-to-end project management

o Conflict-Resolution skills

o Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

o Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience
