Our client is a leading global FMCG organization.

They are looking to hire a Project Planning and Scheduling specialist as a part of their global engineering team based out of Mumbai.

Job Description

Reporting to the Business Head, the major roles and responsibilities include:Providing standards & guidelines for project planning & scheduling to multiple project teams and working with them to arrive at the most pragmatic scheduleDeveloping and reviewing detailed project schedules and working together with PMO, PM, Procurement and construction teamsDeveloping project planning & control standards/templates considering business needs and highlighting all critical milestonesSupporting in the development of resource loaded schedule and allocation during project execution & construction phasePreparing of baselines, critical milestones, look ahead plan and monitoring mechanism for various projects

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate is an engineer with strong expertise in MSP and Primavera. They should have hands on experience in managing large sized projects and would have handled multiple projects. They should be well versed with project planning and scheduling and should have worked on global projects. They should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
