    Here's a fantastic opportunity for those looking to dive into the world of Financial Planning & Analysis within a dynamic organization based in Mumbai.

    Business Partner:

    Collaborate with business units to ensure sustainable and profitable growth over the long term.

    • Finalize Business AOP (Annual Operating Plan), conduct Planning and Reporting in a timely manner.
    • Lead Monthly Business Review (MBR) & Quarterly Business Review (QBR) sessions with Business leaders, APAC Division leader, and India Leadership to understand variations, drive corrective actions, identify opportunities, and prepare growth plans;
    • Share updated Rolling Forecast monthly with Leadership for discussions. Ensure prompt and accurate financial reporting.
    • Foster balanced business growth by emphasizing revenue quality and understanding growth drivers;
    • Analyze competition insights to achieve exceptional market growth
    • Optimize return on investment and enhance marketing spend efficiency.
    • Assess and execute strategic business deals
    • Undertake Market Visits to enhance business strategy with market insights
    • Collaborate with supply chain on optimizing inventory levels and managing working capital
    • Implement Annual Bonus & ensure precise Incentive calculations for Sales Organization;

    Financial Performance Evaluation:

    Analyze business performance in terms of key financial drivers to meet Revenue & EBITA targets as per AOP.

    • Achieve Revenue and EBITA targets through financial analytics and drive EBITA enhancement initiatives
    • Monitor critical metrics, highlight areas for action
    • Improve product mix, reduce Pricing & COGS for enhanced Gross Margin;
    • Execute cost containment plans for optimal fund utilization;
    • Review every aspect of P&L, report Variances to achieve sustainable growth
    • Provide insights, publish monthly dashboards for growth and profitability

    SOP implementation & Controls:

    Enhance SOPs for simplification and control implementation for streamlined business operations

    • Automate reports through IT platforms for efficiency and compliance
    • Identify areas for simplification, drive Action-oriented processes
    • Work with consultants/auditors to improve SOPs - ensure relevance and enforceability
    • Ensure adherence to SOPs and Delegation of Authority - address deviations proactively

    Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Chartered Accountant or MBA with 5-7 years post-qualification experience
    • Experience with ERP systems (E1/SAP)
    • Familiarity with Hyperion planning is a plus
    • Strong Financial & Business acumen
    • Effective interpersonal and supervisory skills, customer service orientation
    • Team and People Management abilities
    • Multi-tasking, meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
    • Prioritization skills in a Matrix Organization structure
    • Preference for candidates with exposure to multicultural environments
    • Establish credibility, maintain positive professional relationships with all levels of staff
