    Role: Senior Sales Executive

    Location: Noida (Sector 1),

    Working Days: Monday-Saturday

    Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

    Salary: Up to 40 K + Incentives

    Role Overview:

    Sales executives are responsible for selling the company's services to potential customers, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and embodying the company's values and offerings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities by calling prospective clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals effectively, addressing any complaints or objections that arise.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management every month.
    • Utilize cold and hot calling techniques to engage with potential clients.
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating strategies.
    • Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and communicative ability.
    • Continuously learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and industry trends.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
    • Enthusiastic, fast learner with a presentable demeanor and excellent communication skills.
    • Proficiency in cold/hot calling techniques.
    • Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven approach to sales.
    • Experience in selling magazine ads and real estate is preferred.
