Mandatory to have:

Hiring experience in broking firms, proprietary trading desks, and algorithmic trading communities .

Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates within the financial markets, specializing in traders, quant traders, and quantitative analysts.

Develop and maintain a strong network of professionals within the finance industry to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job portals, industry events, and referrals, to attract exceptional talent.

Industry Networking:

Leverage existing relationships and proactively build new connections within broking firms, proprietary trading desks, and algo trading communities.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay abreast of market trends and identify potential candidates.

Candidate Assessment:

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Onboarding Support:

Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruiting for financial markets roles, specifically traders, quant traders, and quantitative analysts.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
