    Admin & Facilities Head - BFSI


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all administrative functions across multiple branches, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
    • Lead and develop a team of administrative professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
    • Collaborate with various departments to understand their administrative needs and provide timely solutions and support.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute new branch launches, including infrastructure management, vendor management, and logistical support.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to housekeeping, safety, security, and travel management to maintain a safe and conducive work environment.
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure costeffectiveness and service quality.
    • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and space utilization to optimize resources.
    • Analyze administrative processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to administrative operations.
    • Act as a liaison between the administrative team and senior management, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in administrative leadership roles, with at least 5 years serving as a national admin head in a multibranch organization, preferably in the BFSI industry.
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
    • Excellent planning, execution, and analytical abilities to effectively manage complex administrative operations.
    • Experience in managing spreadout teams and coordinating activities across multiple locations.
    • Exmilitary personnel preferred, with a strong understanding of discipline, organization, and operational excellence.
    • Demonstrated expertise in new branch launches, infrastructure management, vendor management, and facilities management.
    • Proven track record in negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and optimizing resources.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
