    Job Description:
    Senior Flutter Developer CEO CoreTeam

    Reporting to:
    The role will be an integral part ofthe CEO core team and will report directly to the CEO.

    Role Overview:
    As the Senior Flutter Developer you willhave a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO andhis
    core team to ideate and implement Flutterbasedsolutions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a
    seasoned developer a visionary thinker and a dynamic executorcapable of turning ideas into action to
    support the CEOsvision and objectives.

    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate closely with the CEO and his core team to develop andexecute Flutterbased
    strategies aligned with thecompanys goals and objectives.
    Ideate innovativesolutions and initiatives that leverage Flutter framework to drivegrowth
    efficiency and competitive advantage.
    Architect build and maintain efficient reusable and reliableFlutter codebase.
    Lead the development process fromconcept to execution ensuring alignment with the CEOs
    vision and priorities.
    Translate technical requirementsinto detailed design and implementation plans and overseeall
    aspects of development and deployment.
    Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development teamfostering a culture of
    innovation collaboration andexcellence.
    Stay updated on emerging technologies trendsand best practices in Flutter development and
    advise theCEO and his core team on relevant opportunities andrisks.
    Act as a liaison between the development team andother departments ensuring effective
    communication andalignment of development priorities.

    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceEngineering or a related field. Advanced degree
    preferred.
    Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobileapplication development with a strong focus on
    Flutterframework.
    Proficiency in Dart programming language andFlutter SDK.
    Extensive experience in architectingbuilding and deploying Flutterbased mobile applicationsfor
    both iOS and Android platforms.
    Strongleadership and management skills with the ability to inspire andmotivate teams to
    achieve ambitious goals.
    Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills withthe ability to influence and
    build consensus at alllevels of the organization.
    Strategic thinking visionarymindset and ability to translate ideas into actionabledevelopment
    strategies and initiatives.
    Dynamic executor capable of driving execution and deliveringresults in a fastpaced and
    dynamicenvironment.
    Enthusiasm passion and commitment todriving technologydriven transformation and growth.
