    Critical Role

    1. You'll play a pivotal role in making HighRadius the only Office of the CFO multi-category company in the world.
    2. Drive business growth, solve critical problems to scale O2C business on our hyper-growth journey.
    3. Work with GTM leadership to scale sales engine into new markets, channels, and categories.
    4. Collaborate with product leaders to scale new products.
    5. Develop a deep understanding of assigned business units and identify areas for improvement.
    6. Be a strategic partner to GTM leadership, owning business-critical decision recommendations and end-end execution with self-driven updates to the C-suite.
    7. Deliver strategy & operations projects within specified timelines.
    8. Understand as-is, work with leaders to define to-be, and provide a path to achieve it.
    9. Identify key growth bottlenecks and devise solutions/initiatives to address them based on data, stakeholder interactions, and market research.
    10. Own Business Reviews ensuring data and presentation accuracy to deliver actionable insights.

    Requirements

    1. Problem-solving, critical thinking, reporting, and analytical skills.
    2. Stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional projects.
    3. Transformative DNA - willing to challenge status quo, envision future state, embolden teams, and lead change.
    4. Executive-level communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings.
    5. A strong bias for action with ability to effect and drive change.
    6. Ability to demonstrate end-end ownership of tasks and projects.

    Experience:

    1. Tier 1 undergraduate education in Engineering, Economics, or Commerce. MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
    2. 2-3 years experience in Strategy & Operations role in a technology startup OR
    3. 1-2 years of experience in Founders Office/Chief of Staff kind of roles OR
    4. 1-2 years of Tier 1 management consulting experience.
