    JobDescription:

    Responsible forproper counter display ofjewellery.
    Responsible for supervisingactivities of counter sales.
    Sells productsby establishing contacts by developing relationships with theprospects and recommendingsolutions.
    Maintaining quality service byenforcing organization standards.
    Contributeto team efforts by accomplishing the counter targets as set by theorganization.
    Achieve the showroom sales andoperating expenses targets while maintaining focus on quality ofcustomer service in showrooms.
    Coordinatewith merchandizing team to ensure the supply of merchandise toshowroom as per the demand.
    Deliver showroomsales and operating expenses targets on a daily weekly monthlyquarterly and annual basis.
    Responsible forhigh level of customer service and customerdelight.
    Responsible for creating rightshopping ambience in the showrooms.
    Adhere toreverse logistics (for old gold) guidelines as per the definedSOPs.
    Support in execution of any activitiesaimed at increasing sales.
    Execute processesto minimize losses due to shop lifting orpilferage.

    Ensure adherence to the showroomsstandard operating procedures to drive efficiency and utilizecommunication channels to provide upward feedback from time to time.

    Follow all showroom operations SOPs andwork towards continuous improvement of thesame.

    Responsible for all point of salesactivities in the showroom which includes sales transactionstracking customer orders and payments registering sale andmaintaining inventory updates providing service handling old goldand after sales service gathering consumer data forfeedback.

    Responsible for inventorymanagement process in the showroom.
    Shalladhere to the standards established in terms of grooming attendanceand punctuality.
    Maintaining professional andtechnical knowledge of products by attending product trainings andworkshops.
    Act as a mentor and guide forcounter sales executives.
