- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, travel insurance, and health certificates.
- Ensure compliance with entry requirements for different destinations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the travel process.
- Collaborate with other team members and external partners to find solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in International Ticketing is a must.
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and software- Amadeus/Galileo.
- In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, travel trends, and industry regulations.
- Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
