- Develop mobile applications using Flutter framework for Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement designs accurately.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile app development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and services integration.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, distribution and crashes.
- Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in working on maps would be added advantage.
- Experience with native Android and iOS development.
- Knowledge of other cross-platform frameworks like React Native.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Published one or more apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Familiarity with backend development and cloud services.
