    About the Team:

    The QR/Soundbox team is one of the largest business and payments verticals in our organisation, focused on merchant acquisition, retention, and growth in India.


    About the Role:

    We're seeking an experienced sales professional and people manager to join our QR & Sound Box vertical.


    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Growing distribution and market share in assigned areas of operation.
    2. Achieving visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sales.
    3. Identifying and recruiting sales teams to drive business in the market.
    4. Planning market size, span, and geographies for Area Sales Managers (ASMs).
    5. Developing effective communication plans to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps.
    6. Monitoring quality parameters as suggested by management.
    7. Validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales.

    Leadership Requirements:

    You will lead a large team of 5-10 City Heads, ASMs, and 200+ indirect employees.


    Must-Have Skills:
    • Strong networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned areas.
    • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and apply new ideas and concepts.

    Desirable Skills:
    • Self-starters who can navigate ambiguity and take ownership.
    • 8-12 years of experience in sales - business development, B2C markets.
    • Passion for working in fast-growing firms and handling large teams.
    • Articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
    • Good sales and negotiation skills, with quota-driven sales experience.
    • Experience in payments and finance is a plus, though not mandatory.

    Education:

    MBA (Marketing) required.
