    Description

    Position Summary:
    TA Head is responsible for overseeing end to end recruitment for the group.

    GM / VP - Talent Acquisition reporting to CHRO


    Should be an MBA / MSW graduate with 20+ yrs of experience in handling end to end recruitment from Non IT industry.


    Job Description:

    • Responsible for understanding the requirement and source profiles accordingly.
    • Strong in sourcing and candidate management
    • Manage stakeholders.
    • Responsible for complete end to end recruitment starting from JD creation to offer.

    Desired Profile:

    • Any degree an MBA with 20+ yrs of experience in recruitment for non IT positions
    • Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill
    • Good understanding of various position and market.
    • Task oriented, Innovative and good at managing multiple projects

    Note:
    Candidate specialized TA alone are eligible no generalist please

    Preferably local candidates
