    Description
    As an Automation Service Engineer at INGSOL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration, programming, and maintenance of automation systems architecture, with a primary focus on Siemens and Allen Bradley platforms. With 3-4 years of relevant experience, you will bring your expertise. in PLC and Drives programming to contribute to the success of our automation projects.

    Requirements

    System Design:

    • Understand client/project requirements and develop efficient automation system architecture
    • Evaluate equipment and components and select efficient and optimal components.

    Programming:

    • Proficient in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) – Phoenix Contact/ Siemens / Allen Bradley
    • Proficient in Fieldbus Protocols like Modbus, Modbus TCP, Ethernet IP. Profinet, etc.
    • Proficient in Drives programming – ABB / Siemens / Delta
    • Proficient in HMI and SCADA design – Phoenix Contact / Ignition
    • Remote access communication systems for networking. Open vpn/ Vpn tunnel

    On-Site and Remote Support:

    Undertake on-site service visits and also provide remote support to clients as needed.


    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.

    Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.


    Documentation:

    Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including programming code, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.


    Key Skills:

    • Hands-on experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley automation systems.
    • Proficiency in PLC and Drives programming.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

    3-4 years of relevant experience in automation services.
