    We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager with a strong background in online lead generation, particularly on search engines and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation and a proven track record of success in leveraging various online channels to drive qualified leads.     Responsibilities:

    • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages tailored to specific target audiences and lead generation objectives.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per lead, and implement optimizations to improve results.
    • Utilize advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to ensure that the leads generated are highly relevant and qualified.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online lead generation, and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development and execution.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation performance, including insights, recommendations, and actionable insights for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any other field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation, with a focus on online channels such as search engines and social media.
    • Proven track record of success in driving leads through online channels, with measurable results.
    • Experience in lead generation for clients in the healthcare industry is preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of online advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, etc., and proficiency in ad targeting and optimization.
