    CRT/Sales Trainer

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team(4-6 yrs exp). The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and delivering effective CRT & OJT sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our sales team. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs, developing engaging training materials, and conducting interactive training sessions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Training Program Development:

    · Analyze the current sales team's capabilities and identify areas for improvement.

    · Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.

    · Create engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, role-playing scenarios, and assessments.

    Delivery of Training:

    · Conduct in-person training sessions for sales teams, ensuring active participation and effective knowledge transfer.

    · Utilize various training methodologies, such as workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training, to address different learning styles.

    · Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their skills.

    Needs Analysis:

    · Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and identify specific training requirements.

    · Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and sales results.

    Sales Process Optimization:

    · Work closely with sales teams to understand the sales process and integrate best practices into training materials.

    · Continuously update training content to reflect changes in products, markets, and sales strategies.

    Technology Integration:

    · Stay current with sales training technologies and tools to enhance the training delivery process.

    · Integrate multimedia, e-learning modules, and other innovative methods to create a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    · Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.

    · Generate reports to assess the impact of training on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.

    Continuous Improvement:

    · Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging sales techniques to continually enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

    · Seek feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods.

    Qualifications:

    · Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    · Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.

    · In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.

    · Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

    · Ability to adapt training content for diverse audiences.

    · Proficient in using various training technologies and tools.

    · Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    · Certifications in sales training or related areas are desirable.
