    Job Description:

    Bloomingdale International School in Vijayawada is seeking a dedicated and experienced PYP Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for leading and managing the Primary Years Program (PYP).

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the implementation of the PYP curriculum, ensuring alignment with International Baccalaureate (IB) standards.
    • Collaborate with teachers to develop and enhance the PYP framework within the school.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for teachers to ensure the high-quality delivery of the PYP curriculum.
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the PYP program, making necessary adjustments to improve student learning outcomes.
    • Coordinate with the school leadership team to develop strategic plans and goals for the PYP program.
    • Serve as a liaison between the school, parents, and the broader community regarding the PYP.
    • Ensure compliance with all IB requirements and participate in IB evaluation processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a PYP Coordinator or similar educational leadership role.
    • Strong understanding and experience with the IB PYP framework.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and parents.
