- Prior experience in lending business or structured finance is preferred
- Track record of developing and implementing successful global collections strategies to optimize debt recovery processes
- Indepth understanding of international regulations related to collections and a proven ability to ensure compliance in diverse Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Strong analytical skills for datadriven decisionmaking
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness
