Job Responsibilities:

SAP PP Configuration and Implementation:

Configure SAP PP module to align with the organization's production planning requirements.

Lead the implementation of SAP PP functionalities, including master data setup, production orders, work centers, routing, and capacity planning.

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and maintain production plans based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory levels.

Optimize production schedules to achieve efficient resource utilization while meeting customer delivery requirements.

Monitor production progress and address any deviations from the plan in a timely manner.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP):

Configure and manage MRP settings to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.

Monitor MRP run results and take necessary actions to resolve material shortages or excesses.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the SAP PP module and related production processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and streamline production planning workflows.

User Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PP module functionalities and processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve production planning issues reported by users in a timely manner.

Experience Required:

3 + years of experience

EducationQualifications:

Any Graduation (Btech, Mtech, MCA)

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience 3+ years working with SAP Production Planning (PP) module in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning principles, MRP concepts, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Good to Have Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams.
• Experience with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) is a plus.

Licenses/Certifications:

SAP certification in Production Planning (PP)
