Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. The Duty Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent patient care, and exceptional customer service throughout the hospital during their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Coordinate with nursing, administrative, and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care.

Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Respond to emergencies, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Supervise and support frontline staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Monitor and maintain hospital security, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Prepare and submit shift reports to senior management detailing activities, incidents, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital administration, operations management, or a related role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient care processes, and safety protocols.

Customer service orientation and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
