Knows supply chain management and warehouse management in general, good in communication, knows how to talk to business6-8 years of experience in the relevant fieldBasic Knowledge in AX 2012/2009 in detail as suchTechnology agnostic person with supply chain processes knowledge should doWork closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challengesElicit, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflowsTranslate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teamsCollaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needsPropose innovative and practical solutions to address business challengesServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teamsCreate detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user storiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutionsIdentify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancementRecommend process improvements and assist in their implementation
