    Description

    Role: Commission & Qualify (as per Regulatory requirements) Systems / Equipment's / Plants conforming to pre-Approved Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Protocols at Customer's Site

    Education Qualification: BE / BTech in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Biotech / Chemical Engineering

    Years of Experience: 4 to 6 years

    Travel Requirement: Definitely, South India region (Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerala)

    Accountable and Responsible for :

    1. Checklist for the Customer's Site readiness and arrange the Customer's consent on Site Readiness through effective follow-up.
    2. Simultaneously, get the Project Handing-Over Documents from the Project Dept., scrutinize the Document for accuracy-&-completeness, assist the Coordinator (C&Q) to prepare the Cost Estimate for the visit to the Customers' Site.
    3. Work/Service Order of Third Party Contractor (TPC) at the Customer's Site (after selecting a Validated TPC, receiving-comparing-finalizing the Quote from the TPC) and the Issuance-&-Receipt of the Work/Service Order by the TPC.
    4. Site Piping Fabrication-&-Installation, as per pre-Approved Piping &Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID)
    5. The Installation-&-Operational Qualification, as per pre-Approved SAT Protocols, in the presence of the Representatives of the Customer.
    6. Trouble shoot the Mechanical and/or Electrical & Automation bottlenecks / issues that may arise, if any. In the event, the nature of the Bottleneck is Software or Hardware, arrange for the deputation of the relevant Automation Engineer from Headquarters for speedy and satisfactory remedy of the issue.
    7. Timely Escalation in the event of Deviations w.r.t. Quantity, Quality, Regulatory-compliance as per pre-Approved Escalation Matrix and arrange to get them resolved either internally or with the Customer without any delay or difference-of-opinions.
    8. Maintenance of all relevant Site-related Records of Attendance, Update of Man-days, Daily/Weekly SAT updates, Deviation-&-Resolution updates.
    9. The Site Handover Drawings/Documents, the Punch-list & the Sign-off on the SAT Protocols are Accurate, Complete and Unambiguous. The Documents should include, but not limited to, Service Report, Declaration Report, Investigation Report, Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA), Risk /Impact Assessment and Justification Note.
    10. Post the Sign-off from the Customer, in the event of subsequent queries/doubts/comments raised by the Customer, show Intent-&-Accountability and Attend to the Calls/Mails as deemed fit, so that the Customer's expectations are met.
