    Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform IT purchasing requests and contracting activities including contract processing and compliance, purchasing list management, requisition, purchase order, and invoice processing
  • Route IT Purchase Order requests and IT contracts, including software & SaaS requests, for appropriate processing and approvals, ensuring compliance to BMS policies and procedures.
  • Review, negotiate, and facilitate IT contracts, including software and SaaS contracts, from start to finish including signatures.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communications between stakeholders, Legal, Global Procurement, Finance and Suppliers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the processes for contracting, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Perform administrative tasks necessary to support the Software/SaaS purchase request and contracting processes.
  • Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT or related field. Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of IT procurement is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Legal and Financial Acumen - Basic knowledge of legal terms and financial processes related to procurement and contracting.
  • Prior experience in procurement, contract management , or a similar role within a business or IT environment – preferred.
  • Understanding of IT Service levels, software licensing models, purchase and invoice processes , particularly in IT – preferred.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and procurement and contract management systems ( Ariba, SAP, and iCertis ) and Service Now
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve and grow, balancing performance feedback and career development​.
