    Inviting applications for the role of Power BI

    We're looking for a Power BI Specialist who has experience in Power BI and Power Automate, MIS reporting. Responsible for managing Power BI related client asks, descriptive analytics, MIS reporting and support the team for the overall project goal. Role is in a product analytics team executing functional and technical projects.

    Responsibilities

    • carry out data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purposes.
    • reporting requirements from various partners, architect the solution/report, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in a timely manner
    • and design intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Power platform tools for data driven decisions.
    • finetune existing dashboards and responsible for handling all reporting tasks from data collection, transformation to visualization of existing dashboards.
    • broader team on weekly & ad-hoc reporting of MIS reporting, data led research projects in commercial lending domain which may require domain knowledge and MS office skills.
    • to D365 CRM, SQL Servers, and other diverse data sources in Power BI.
    • in publishing and sharing the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes.
    • complex visualization or data problems in Dashboards.
    • deep understanding of, and ability to use and explain all aspects of, relational database design, multifaceted database design, OLTP, OLAP, critical metrics, Scorecards, and Dashboards
    • Excel whiz skills - Power Query, Power View, knowledge of Flows, automate are needed for the role

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications

    • experience building power BI dashboards and reports using power BI desktop and publish them.
    • interpersonal skills, Passionate at problem solving and proactive approach.
    • to write DAX queries and create parameters independently.
    • in using advanced-level calculations on the data set.
    • visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop
    • data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence
    • thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
    • command of English and communication skills (Spoken and written)
    • good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams.
    • work cross functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function.
    • ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • degree (MBA or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience or Bachelors with 4-5 years of experience)
    • strategic and able to uncover and understand business needs.
    • on Power Platform, Certifications
    • MS Office skills including MS Excel
    • analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box.
    • flexible, dedicated and solution orientated approach through periods of change and disruption.
    • and always looking for continuous improvement.
