    MBA/MPM/PGDBM in HR

    Minimum Experience

    6-12 years+ of experience in HR Domain. Prefer HR generalist experienced

    Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager HR to oversee all aspects of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management including Core HR and HRBP, with proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

    This role requires a high level of expertise in areas such as but not limited to - designs compensation and benefits packages, attracting and retaining talented employees and motivating and engaging them, performance management / appraisal, on-boarding, employee confirmation, employee relations, exit management and organizational development, payroll, recruitment, etc., The HR Manager will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, and will work closely with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

    Overall Purpose/Objective

    Responsible for all HR activities, including adherence to all statutory compliances, implementation of all policies/ procedures as per guidelines managing employee relations and internal/ external stakeholder management for respective projects/ center

    Key Responsibilities:

    • and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall business objectives
    • implementation of corporate HR Policies & Processes with adherence to defined guidelines
    • employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
    • execution of various activities of the performance management system cycle such as review discussions, annual appraisals, etc.,
    • the recruitment process in terms of identifying potential candidates for different positions, conducting interviews for all the level positions, documentation, etc.,
    • Induction process and on boarding for new joiners, coordinating for various technical/ behavioral trainings at Centre, etc.)
    • employee engagement, communication and employee programs for the respective Centre.
    • proper documentation and file management for all functional operations including maintaining the personal files of all employees, probation/ confirmation letters, etc., and prepare functional MIS
    • the grievance handling process for the respective project/ site employees and taking necessary actions including escalating to the corporate HR team
    • with senior leadership to drive initiatives related to workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development
    • compliance with all local and federal labor laws, and stay current on best practices in HR management
    • and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
    • continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness

    Qualifications:

    • in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
    • least 3 years of experience in HR management at managerial level, with a proven track record of success

    • understanding of local and federal labor laws, and best practices in HR management
