Provide pre andpost operative care to patients undergoing eye surgery for exampleexamining a patient s eyes the day aftersurgery

Evaluatepatients for the presence of diseases such asdiabetes.

Promote eyehealth by counseling patients including explaining how to clean andwear contactlenses

Give training tothe interns and B Sc students about the procedures in their postingplace
