- Supporting all Business processes- including Customer servicing & escalation management, management analysis & reporting, manage partner relations including.
- Conducting Primary/secondary research to uncover insights, identify business trends and create management reports
- Responsible for driving data driven approach to highlight problems and identify opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports
- Ensure timely MIS & Reports, and collateral management for the product
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
- Invoicing & Partner Management:
- Reconciliation of benefits issued with partner payouts
- Maintain MIS for monthly payouts
- Customer Support: Work closely with customer service teams to define customer escalation processes for timely resolution of customer queries & complaints
- Business Support: Support product in executing any tactical promotions and offers on the portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems or a related field.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, among other software programs.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a business analyst in banking/Fintech environment.
- Strong analytic and problem solving skill.
- Good communication skills are a must.
