    Junior Digital Marketer/ Social Media Executive

    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, basic performance marketing, and a passion for digital marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and update social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Create and schedule regular posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
    • Develop content calendars and ensure timely execution of the posting schedule.
    • Track social media performance and analyze results to ensure the pages are reaching target audiences effectively.
    • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, including graphics and copy.
    • Assist in creating and optimizing campaigns to drive engagement and website traffic.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Understanding of performance marketing, especially on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
