Description

We are looking for a customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational standards of the store. The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool and expand store traffic
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed
• Track and manage inventory at store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion, business, or relevant field preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer management skills
