Order Approval and Execution Specialist

A key role in ensuring seamless order execution, this position involves approving orders, coordinating with production, and preparing necessary documentation for export shipment and import clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up/monitoring with production to ensure timely completion of orders
Preparation of pre-shipment and post-export documents, including bank submissions and customs clearances
Logistic arrangement and planning for efficient order fulfillment
Compliance with government agencies, such as banks, DGFT, Customs, and inspecting agencies
Lead generation for new business opportunities
Payment follow-ups and tracking

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with management, suppliers, shipping agents, and customers
Experience in handling Export documentation, including SI filling, VGM filling, odes, and MMD3
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple processes
Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software applications

Preferred Skills:

Coordinating with suppliers and shipping agents for smooth shipment execution
Preparing daily reports on shipment delivery schedules
Coordinating with customers for custom clearance
