- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate drop-off rates, and offer acceptance rates.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize the recruitment process.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and position CGB Solution Pvt. Ltd. as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to make hiring more efficient and effective.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Professional.
- Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across various industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Soft Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges
