We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our remote team as a Digital Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging social media content that captures attention and drives results, while also creating eye-catching visuals that elevate our brand across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., social media, search engine marketing, email marketing).
Create compelling content calendars and manage social media presence (scheduling, posting, engaging with followers).
Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations for better results.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Graphic Design:
Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, brochures, artwork for exhibition stand, roll up standee advertisements, and other marketing materials
Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements
Work effectively with internal teams to understand design needs
Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar programs

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or graphic design (or a combination of both)

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing content

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design software

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· A passion for social media and staying up-to-date on the latest trends
