- Bachelor's degree in science or technical related fields.
- 10+ years experience in innovation management, product development, strategic planning, technology leadership
- Strong domain experience in AgriTech specifically in rice cultivation would be an added advantage
- Familiar with Vera (and equivalent/ similar methodologies) and the agriculture carbon credit market
- Highly creative and innovative with a commercial mindset
- Abreast of latest trends and innovation disruptors in agriculture

Description
Our client is a Singapore headquartered Agri-Tech startup operating across SEA & India. Backed by notable investors in the region, they are building a digital platform to decarbonise rice cultivation.
With agriculture sustainability at the forefront, they are looking to hire a Chief Innovation Officer to report to the CEO and spearhead all innovation efforts to transform rice farming, boost productivity and reduce costs. This CIO will be responsible for identifying and implementing new technologies and identifying new revenue streams working closely with Country Heads, Agronomists & Technology teams across SEA & India.
