- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in E&TC or B.Tech degree.
- Proven experience in teaching robotics to students.
- Familiarity with robotics kits and software, such as LEGO Mindstorms, catapult, or Arduino.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for robotics and a desire to inspire and motivate students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the learning styles and abilities of individual students.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Deliver robotics lessons to students of grade 3 to grade 8.
- Design and develop engaging robotics curriculam that align with educational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their robotics projects and assignments.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics and incorporate them into the teaching materials.
- Collaborate with other teachers and educational experts to enhance the robotics curriculum.
- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students during online classes.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
