Roles &Responsibility:

• Preparation of Engineering Plan aligned with the projectimplementing the plan monitoring and control.
• Preparation of master list of deliverables covering theintended scope of works.
• Facilitate theEngineering solutions or inputs for overall costoptimisation.
• Coordinate with External DesignConsultants for timely deliverables with optimumquantities.
• Coordinate with Client /Consultant & obtain approval of Engineeringdeliverables.
• Ensure completion of assignedworks and meeting committed schedules &timelines.
• Capable of reading the Contractspecification in a wholesome manner and supporting the BusinessUnit / Project team for enabling optimisation variations andcontractual claims.
• Preparing optimum designsincluding those from external consultants whereapplicable.
• Ensuring quantity control& optimization of Civil & Structural quantities
• Coordinate with the Engineering team atproject location and ensure a smooth work execution between theteams at multiple locations
• Proactiveinteraction with project execution team for resolving site issuesif any related to Engineering.
• Coordinationwith Site Team and Client to meet the requirements of design anddrawings
• Preparation of BOQ and verify withrespect to data base of previous similar projects
• Ensure design drawings are done based on relevantstandards and codes on general engineering practices withoutcompromising on quality. Review of critical issues as required byProject team.
• Participate in the periodicalreview as required with project heads / stake holders forEngineering Progress and resolution of engineeringissues.

TechnicalExpertise:

• The Lead shall be capable of performing the design andengineering activities for Civil & Structural Works forWind Farm.
• Should be aware of designmethodologies as per Domestic & Internationalcodes.
• Assessing Site conditions TopographicConditions environmental conditions and ensuring Engineeringdeliverables suiting the site conditions and meeting the intendedscope.
• Good experience in performing dynamicanalysis of WTG Foundations Heavy Machine Foundations with use ofFEM software like ANSYS SAP etc.
• Design anddetailing of RCC Buildings grading roads storm water drainagesystem works related to the substations and cablingworks.
• Review of Engineering deliverables fromexternal Design Consultant in a structured and timelymanner.
