    Description

    1) Relationship Manager

    Location Santhome, Chennai(2 Nos.) , Mumbai(1 No.)-Work from Home/or a location which would be identified later.

    Role - Acquiring customers for Mutual Fund, Equities, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Corporate Deposits, Bonds, PMS/AIF, Estate Planning etc and managing their portfolio.

    Experience- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience . Experience in Equities, Life Insurance or Mutual Funds is mandatory

    Required skills/resources/Expectations - Should possess existing client base and proficient in English communication.

    Qualification- Any degree

    Enablers from the organisation - Expert team to support with rich industry experience to convert sales, comprehensive mobile app/web portal for execution, monitoring of portfolio , Download various kinds of reports etc

    Compensation- Upto 6 lacs annual CTC(for each) plus attractive incentives

    Certification - NISM V A(Optional for Chennai, Mandatory for Mumbai)

    2)Service Relationship Manager(SRM)- 1No.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Relationship Manager

    . The Service Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and deepening client relationships, managing customer inquiries and concerns, and addressing any issues that arise. The Service Relationship Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service and deepening client relationships to generate incremental business.

    Apart from this the SRM will have to call new prospects with the database shared by the team based on the guidance given.

    Client Service and Customer Service skills

    Excellent communication skills

    Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues

    Any degree

    Minimum of one year of work experience in any industry in a similar role

    Experience with customer relationship management tools, basic understanding of financial products and services is preferred
